Order desk hours are Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Orders are FOB our plant, Mississauga, Ontario. Delivery charges may apply.

Orders are COD until credit has been approved. A 50% deposit may be required at the time of order.

Changes and cancellations can only be made before production has started.

Random length orders are subject to a 15% overrun to allow for waste and to avoid costly set up charges.

All orders must be inspected upon delivery. Claims for shortages will only be reviewed if made within 3 business days of delivery.

All claims for defects and/or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days from receipt of the order.
